We exclusively began outfitting our teams (12-18U) in 3N2 custom uniforms three years ago, and I will never regret that decision. We had worn or tried almost every other major brand you can think of, and at the end of the day those products just did not pass the wear and tear test that my girls inflicted on them, and quite frankly they were just kind of ok looking.
