Warranty Policy
3N2 provides a 90-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects.
If you have a defective product and it has been less than 90 days since your purchase, please contact 3N2 for return instructions. The warranty requires that the defective product be returned to 3N2 for inspection.
If a product is found to be defective by fault of manufacturer, 3N2 will provide warranty replacement product and ship freight pre-paid. Warranty replacement product will be the same product number, style, color, and size of the defective product. Substitutions will not be accepted. The manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of shipment. The warranty does not apply to toe drag wear from normal pitching motion or damage caused by unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations.
Please provide pictures of the defect on the product, the proof of purchase, and the tongue of the shoe (if a shoe), and email them to returns@3n2sports.com .

Shipping Policy
3N2's preferred shipping method is FedEx. For all APO or PO box orders, 3N2 ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Your fulfilment time starts when your order is placed on the 3N2 website. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the Fulfilment process to be completed. Transit time begins when the FedEx label is created and scanned. The customer will then receive a shipment notification.
3N2 is not open for business on the weekends, any order placed after 4pm EST will not be fulfilled or shipped until the following day. FedEx does ship on Saturday and Sunday for Residential addresses; however, FedEx ground does not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday should not be included when calculating order processing and shipping times for Ground addresses.
Once your order ships, 3N2 will send shipment tracking information to you via the e-mail address you submitted with your purchase. You may also sign in to your 3N2 account to track your order. Once your order is shipped, a link to FedEx tracking information will appear in your order history.
Once an order has been scanned for pick-up by FedEx at our shipping facility, FedEx tracking information will be sent via FedEx automated email to the email address you provided 3N2 during online ordering check-out. You may use this tracking information to search for the status of your shipment. In addition, you may check your 3N2 user account for order status.
Shortly after placing your online order, you will receive an email from 3N2 providing confirmation of your order and will be emailed a copy of your receipt for your records. If for some reason, you do not receive this order confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact 3N2.
When you place your order with our customer service representative over the phone, please ensure you provide your email address to our associate. Tracking information will be sent to your email address.
The preferred method of shipment for 3N2 orders is via FedEx Ground / Home Delivery. Please refer to the map below to determine the number of business days it will take for you to receive your order.
